Who knew toxic positivity was a thing?! Well, it is.. and this week we are UnBadding it! Dayna and Jess journey into their experience with toxic positivity and how many people don't even realize it's a thing. Nobody wants to be a negative Nancy (sorry Nancy), but allowing people to sort through their negative emotions while you hold space for them can be just as powerful as being their hype girl.
