There are significant stereotypes that surround eating disorders, such as that they only affect woman, however, according to NationalEatingDisorders.com, eating disorders affect approximately 10 million boys and men in the U.S. each year. On today's episode Zach and Brandon are joined by Jason Wood, who has battled Orthorexia, a lesser known eating disorder. Jason shares his personal journey and discusses the challenges that surround male eating disorders.
