Electro Magnetic Frequency (EMF) or Electro Magnetic Radiation (EMR) are all around us and figuring out how to reduce our exposure to them can seem overwhelming. Since we can’t see EMFs, we tend to do nothing to shield ourselves from them, when in reality, there’s a lot we can do. I’m offering some practical tips that you can start today in your home to reduce your EMF exposure and help protect your family. There is biological evidence that EMFs can cause or be a contributing factor to decreasing your immune functions, stress functions, ADHD, fertility, DNA damage and much more. With EMFs being everywhere you look, from wifi in a bus to bluetooth everything, it’s important that you are armed with power and are educated in what you can do to protect yourself. The more you can do to take a burden off your body, so you don’t feel so bogged down by interference, the better it is.
