"Dr. Merrick Lincoln is an Assoicate Professor of Exercise Science and Rehabiltation Medcine at Saginaw Valley State University, Michigan, USA, a licensed Physical Therapist, and a Certified Strength and Condiitoning Specialist. His research and clinical interests center on resistance training programming for performance enhancement, injury risk reducton, and rehabilitation of orthopedic injuries. Outside of work, Dr. Lincoln is a father of twins, a Great Lakes waterman (paddleboarding, kayaking, open-water swimming), and gym equipment afficionado.
