Today we’re happy to be chatting with our fellow WAG Nutrition Coach, Alex Oskian. Alex has a master’s degree in exercise science, is a registered dietitian, and is a competitive CrossFit athlete. She enjoys staying fit to enjoy hiking more and recently got into snowboarding!
