This week I am joined by Emma Jory an internationally-certified Pilates, Barre and Hatha Yoga instructor, specializing in women's health. With over 17 years of teaching experience, she is the creator of ePilates Online, an online global fitness business.
As a passionate pilates and yoga participant over many years, it was great to have Emma clearly explain why combining pilates and yoga can help women in midlife improve their flexibility, build and maintain muscle mass muscle, improve their core strength and support the pelvic floor.
