Write in the state of mind that you have completed your goals for the next 3 months, 6 months, or whatever your timeframe may be. This will help you to EMBODY and IMAGINE what it will feel like when you complete your goals.Listen to my example letter, and see how I congratulate myself and talk about how proud I am to have completed specific goals.Do this POWERFUL exercise for yourself. We move from failure to survival when we are CONSISTENT, but when we get to survival (that first taste of success and progress) we can start to feel COMFORTABLE. Think about a time when you had some success in your life or business, started feeling a little too good about yourself, and then STOPPED doing what you did to get there. It's called COMPLACENCY and it happens to the best of us. When you stop doing what got you there, you start to LOSE YOUR EDGE... your success.
