Tim has had over 30 years experience in education and has a widespread knowledge base with neuroscience, medical research,, leadership, sport, stand up comedy, speaking and mediation.
One day when visiting his heritage home in Ireland to find solace from the unhappiness he was feeling he received an answer - distill all the knowledge and experience and apply it to help inspire people to be amazing even day.
He has used this insight to pivot his life and explains in this episode the science behind being amazing every day and how the power of your breath is so important and why it's never too late to make change.
Tim shares a message of hope and inspiration and that helping people for the greater good will help you find a sense of purpose wherever you may be in life.
