Rachael Calvert was one of our first Ambassadors to the studio and is a happy, smiling face turning up to classes each week. Rachael’s health and wellbeing journey hasn’t been smooth sailing, overcoming cancer at an early age, she has had to deal with more than her fair share of difficulties, and so we wanted to share her story in the hopes that it resonates with some of you and provides some inspiration to overcome obstacles you may be currently facing.
