Emily Ratcliffe (The Closing Coach) has closed millions of pounds worth of business deals for both herself and her agency.
We discuss the morality of sales and the reasoning behind the negative stereotyping often associated with salespeople, we then progress onto a wider discussion on capitalism and the responsibility we all have to maintain truthful endeavours in business and commerce, as well as the dangers of not abiding by this code of ethics.
Emily also talks about her opinion on what makes an effective and successful salesperson, believing that "extroverts often make the WORST salespeople", a statement that took me by surprise.
She concludes by emphasising the importance of certain sales tactics, and dispels many others!
