Ok, so how do you *really* know if you’re a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP)? In this episode of SelfKind with Erica Webb (that’s me!) I’m sharing some thoughts around how to make this call. This episode follows on from last week’s episode where we started this conversation, and is inspired by listener questions over on Instagram.
As well as talking about how to know if you’re a HSP, I also share about the difference between being highly sensitive as a trait (which is there from birth) versus experiencing heightened sensitivity as a result of stress.
