A gratitude practice is important for maintaining a healthy and happy mindset. So I'm bringing you a short meditation to take you into your appreciation for something you use all the time - your car. If you're in a largely automobile relying city like me, then you have a car and it takes you everywhere. Take a moment to appreciate how it helps you.
