This week is all about Supplements! I answer the very common question "what supplements should I take?", & go over my favorite/non favorite supplements and why. I say this in the podcast but supplements are not regulated by the FDA so it is apparent to do your own research on the companies you are thinking of/already using! & find out what is actually in the products you decide to take!
