But beware: the ketamine found on the street is a very different species than the medical-grade and clinically controlled ketamine! Low Carb Diets and the Benefits of Ketosis What are Johnathan’s thoughts on low-carb and ketogenic diets? (28:00) He studies and measures the effects of ketones on traumatic brain injuries. Exogenous ketones (salts, esters) may help, but they are only a supplement and are not a replacement for a good, ketogenic diet. (35:00) The only exception may be to help boost cancer treatment.
