Our parents deserve respect for bringing us into this world. And they also deserve compassion for having been perfectly imperfect, doing their best to raise us.
And, that doesn't mean that we are bound to repeat their emotional patterns, relive their lives, and believe in the same things they did.
So whenever you find yourself unable to take a break because your parents taught you that you can feel proud only if you keep pushing hard 24/7, or you keep criticizing yourself for not being perfect - just like they used to criticize you... then this podcast episode is for you.
How to break the emotional patters and belief blueprints of your own parents?
