I loved this episode and it was one of my favorites.
I met Rob Sinclair down by the water after a swim, we got chatting and I immediately loved what he was about. To be open, raw, and honest about his life, his achievements, his shortcomings and to share stories of overcoming his own trauma from the get-go spoke volumes of his strength and courage. He came on the podcast to share his story and what modalities he has weaved into his own life and way of being so perhaps you can gain a little something...if nothing else a huge boatload of inspiration from this man and his story.
