Clarity is more than just a feeling. There’s an emotional state associated with it, but it’s even more than that. Clarity is a palpable vibe. When you’re really clear, you can sense that vibe through every cell of your being. Your mind and emotions are centered. Every part of you is on the same page. There’s no fear or uncertainty and even if the "doubter" is there, you are able to let him or her rave on without getting hooked in! This is a powerful state of BE-ing to experience because you are in the flow, magnetic and able to attract miracles and magic.This week's podcast is all about getting clear and the main thing I teach you is how to use the Clarity Through Contrast Technique. This is a super simple process I learned a few years ago in my Law of Attraction coach certification, and which I not only use repeatedly with my coaching clients, but have used on many occasions on myself. Getting clarity through using contrast is a great technique for those people.... of whom the world is full... who when asked what they want in life will give you a catalogue of what they DON'T want but who have quite a challenge extracting what they DO!
