When positive psychology emerged on the scene years ago it taught us the power of positivity. There is absolutely something powerful about keeping your thoughts positive and your vibration high BUT the side effect of this is that for most this means they tend to force it. The fake it till you make it promotes avoiding and stuffing the darker feelings and thoughts. This is unhealthy, out of balance and unaligned with our truth. In this episode, we talk about navigating being positive while staying authentic!
