In season 2 of Reproductive Rebel we discussed how the postpartum period is the second golden opportunity for healing in a woman's life. I'm not one to talk about "bio hacking" but there are some practices that have been understood in ancient times and other cultures that we have lost sight of in modern times that can be the difference between 10 years of postnatal depletion (think: brain fog, low energy, lack of libido, pain and sleep issues and so much more) and reclaiming a more vital and healthy you after baby.
