Are holiday candy, snacks, and finger foods your Achilles Heel this time of year? Is it all of the yummy, sugary coffee drinks in those cute little Christmas cups from Starbucks? Do you do a pretty good job on everything else, but just can't keep yourself from grazing?
You aren't alone? We're all in on this. Snacking happens to the best of us. BUT there are ways to help keep it from happening. Today I've got 5 good tips to help you keep it in check the holiday season. These 5 tips may save you from a heap of regret later, so listen up!
