The journey of puberty and perimenopause has been challenging but also rewarding as we both create space for self-awareness and self-compassion through this journey and recognize that these transitions are stepping stones to our NEXT level in life.
In this episode, I discuss how we create space for ourselves and each other so we can show up in our worlds as our BEST selves.
