Today I'm joined by Evelyn Valdez. She's a Architect in training and a weightlifter. She has a Masters in Architecture while still competing in National Level competition for USA Weightlifting, otherwise known as USAW, the national governing body overseeing the sport of weightlifting in the United States. We break down how she balances both and how they're actually similar in their own way. We also talk about her setback regarding her back injury and how she managed to comeback even stronger.
