Wishes. Goals. Resolutions. Although we meet at the crossroads of these terms typically around New Year's, goals are flexible and should be implemented anytime, anywhere! And now that we're halfway through the new year, it's important to reflect on the importance of setting goals on our terms so that we can continuously learn and grow.
This episode explores what goals are and how we can reach them. By being intentional with creating a plan, understanding the significance of a trigger, and taking initiative in our long-term resolutions by setting bite-sized goals, we take charge of our aspirations.
