My guest today is Lori Voss. Lori Voss has a unique approach to conscious living, coming from 20+yrs of experience of having lived, studied, and worked in North America, Asia and Europe. Internationally inspired, she is passionate about supporting women to view what's going on in their life and body from an energetic perspective, working specifically with nutrition and meditation. Lori’s expertise include: TCM Nutrition (Traditional Chinese Medicine), Hatha Yoga, Reiki, and Mindfulness & Meditation.
