Stephanie is a former cop, the wife of a cop, and the daughter of two retired cops. She worked in law enforcement for 16 years, the last several as a sworn police officer. Stephanie left her cop job in 2022 to focus full time on her Ph.D. work in Organizational Psychology, where she researches and studies work-related contributing factors to suicide within first responder industries.
Stephanie authored the book Workicide, which uses anecdotal and scientifically backed methods, along with featuring experts in many fields, to educate on workplace contributing factors to suicide.
