We all are well aware of the importance of managing stress when it comes to overall health and weight loss. Less stress reduces cortisol levels as well as decreasing the likelihood of stress-induced cravings and overeating. And one of the most effective tools to combat stress is controlled breathing.

In this episode we introduce a device that is designed to help individuals, particularly children, achieve calmness through a combination of slow breathing, visual focus, and auditory regulation using white noise.
