Beth Rylaarsdam, known as Curvygirlbeth throughout social media, although Instagram is her main platform, has battled her weight for most of her life until she finally received a Lipedema diagnosis in October 2017. Since then, she has become a Lipedema Awareness Advocate and Plus Size model who has more than a quarter million followers. She believes that "Representation Matters" and that
"Uniqueness is our Super Power" and asks everyone to consider that philosophy throughout her sphere of influence. Beth is a leader within the Lipedema community and collaborates within the Plus Size Fashion field with a variety of brands as a Model.
