Zach H is 22 years old from Montana that grew up as an avid athlete but was consumed by tragedy. He gave up on living and focused on surving from the age of 15. He reached a weight of 698lbs but when he decided to make a change he was sitting at 682 lbs after countless failed diets and programs. Now he's lost over 160lbs in 7 months and we'll on his way to 200!
