What is a contribution you are making and how can you amplify it?
Questions:
1. What contributions are you already making to protect your greatest asset? AKA: YOU- body, mind spirit/intelligence- these are your investments. We keep contributing to add value and growth to what we already have. What are some contributions you are making in your life right now?
2. Pick one contribution you make regularly that strengthens you in some way -circle it, highlight it, and say it out loud in a funky voice. Identify what you are already doing and let's build on that.
3. Brainstorm ways to amplify this and make it louder in your life.
4. How will you amplify this in your life this week? start small and specific
5 . Name one contribution you know you could make, but you are not.
6. What would it look like to see you doing this? what would people notice? see, hear, smell, etc. tap into the senses
7. Identify one of those things and write down one very small way to try this in the coming days.
