Our type Three representative this week is Ryan Stones. Ryan is a projects and operations manager for an interior design business in Pennsylvania. He is a father, husband, friend, musician, mentor, and leader in many spheres of his life.
Ryan talks about the difficulties of constantly feeling the pull to identify solely with what he does and how he performs. He and Sawyer discuss the challenge of multiple career changes and the compulsion to not slow down. He also shares how being the COUNTERTYPE Three (the Self-Preservation subtype) has created a uniquely difficult tension within him.
