It was a pleasure to welcome Conor Jordan (Bassist), Dan O'Connor (Drums)& Matt O'Brien (Guitarist) of Dublin Thrashers Crossfire on to the show. The band along with Kevin O’Connor-Conroy (Vocals/Guitars) formed in 2012, and have established their reputation as one of Ireland’s premier thrash metal bands, utilizing a mix of sci-fi and horror-inspired lyricism and imagery with their own blend of the progressive ambition of old school metal with the aggression and intensity of modern thrash metal.
Myself and Joe of Gama Bomb talk to the lads about their savage debut release 'Switch To Reset', signing to WormholeDeath Records, song-writing and riffage, gigs, the history of the band and many more subjects on this episode. There's plenty of great stories and craic also; check out Crossfire on the link below and please 'SUBSCRIBE' to The Metal Cell YouTube channel if you haven't already.
