In this episode I discuss how clothing can hold a frequency and natural fabrics such as linen or cotton holds a higher frequency and we as humans vibrate at 100Hz . Meanwhile linen is said to vibrate at 5000Hz .
After 2 weeks of living in fear and panic, feeling on edge and feeling doom and gloom. I took the time to ground myself in nature and an ancient tree by absorbing its energy.
Trees are alive, so I got grounded, prayed and meditated I felt amazing and uplifted.
Reconnected to Spirit and Mother Gaia.
Prayers, love, light and strength for everyone who has been affected by the hurricanes and tornadoes.
