My guest today is Amber Munoz, owner of patent-pending Amazing Fitness Hoops. She lives in Tulsa, Okla. and is happily married for 27 years and keeps busy with an 11 yr old son and 14 yr old daughter all of them very active in all kinds of Sports Activity! For the past 7 years Amber’s personal mission has been on helping people to see the importance of exercise and how it affects all levels of their lives. With her degree in Family Studies and Gerontology, which is the study regarding our aging process, she knows just how much the choices we make in life, especially with regard to exercise, determine the quality of life we have as we age.
