Our guest today is Simon Rinne, Founder of Mindful Men, a community that provides a secure and supportive environment for men, boys, and their support systems to discuss and address their mental health and well-being concerns.

Simon's mission is to help normalise discussions about mental health and to encourage boys and men to open up, get vulnerable and deal with the issues that are troubling them.

His therapeutic approach is informed by his lived experience of mental illness, but also life as a husband, father, and bloke.

Before this, Simon went on his long journey to self-realisation and had a 15-year career in the Australian Public Service (APS).

Today he’s here to talk about his career change journey, overcoming mental health issues, and turning pain into purpose.
