We can trace everything that happens in our life to the thoughts that we act on and/or deny. The more we choose to act on thoughts that have part of them the emotion of love, joy or peace, the more we will create an experience of love, joy and peace in our life. Similarly, the more we act on thoughts that are connected to fear desperation anger, the more of that will be created in our life as well.
