She has been working with groups, organizations and communities in strategic group process facilitation and coaching in the public, private and non-profit sectors, as well as some First Nations communities for 25+ years. She is a Master Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF|M) with the International Association of Facilitators (IAF) and was on the IAF board for 4 years.
Meet Rosanna von Sacken, M.Sc., CPF (M) is the founder and principal consultant and facilitator of Advanced Consulting and Facilitation Ltd who is known for her visual, interactive and fun approach to facilitation and coaching work, in the areas of leadership or team development, courageous conversations, strategic planning or visioning, multi- stakeholder / community engagement, or growth journeys. She is also a certified Visual Coach and a licensed practitioner of FIRO-B. Her education and training enables Rosanna to blend methodical and evidence-based approaches with practical and people-centered processes.
