Nic Aldrich has over 15 years of expertise in the medical device industry, where he has specialized in finance, business development, and marketing. As the current Vice President of Marketing at OrthAlign, he leads a team in developing initiatives that drive innovation and growth. Previously, Nic managed a global marketing team for Stryker, where he oversaw key launches in revision knee, hip, and limb salvage implants, including the introduction of 3D-printed products.
Prior to Stryker, he held strategic roles at Ansell Healthcare, where he focused on mergers, acquisitions, and long-term planning. Nic started his career in the Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) at Johnson & Johnson, where he honed his business acumen while working with Cordis Corp in cardiovascular technologies and Ethicon Inc in surgical products. Throughout his career, Nic has consistently delivered impactful and data-driven strategies and marketing campaigns.
He resides in New York City with his wife, Rachel, and their three children, Henry, Sebastian, and Ivy.
