With over 13 years of experience in Sales and Management spanning North America and France during the early stages of his career, Karim Kerachni discovered his true passion lay in launching new ventures, devising systems and processes, and engaging in extensive business development. He prefers to be seen as an entrepreneur rather than merely a business owner. Once a business is established and operational, Karim feels compelled to move forward to the next exciting project.

During his tenure managing a small team dedicated to selling home-automation solutions across Canada, Karim made the pivotal decision to establish a residential and commercial cleaning company in 2018, focusing on Eastern Canada due to the evident demand. This enterprise eventually expanded to encompass multiple cities across Canada. Last year, he sold the majority of his stakes in this venture to redirect his efforts toward his latest undertaking: Franchise development for the remarkable company PropertyGuys.com in Massachusetts. PropertyGuys.com stands as the largest private home sale network in North America. Within this partnership, his role involves identifying and selecting top talents to operate over 20 Franchises in Eastern Massachusetts. Karim also provides ongoing support to help these Franchisees cultivate their businesses into annual successes, generating $1 million or more in revenue.

Karim’s aspirations extend further as he plans to replicate this outstanding model throughout all of New England by the year 2030.

It's worth mentioning that he manages all of the above while traversing the globe, visiting six countries within the past 12 months. Yes, he thrives on making things challenging! Nevertheless, he greatly treasures his freedom of time and space above any other form of success.

Born in Quebec, Canada, and raised in France, with Algerian roots, Karim Kerachni embarked on a unique journey. A decade ago, he returned to Canada, starting in the west and later settling in the east. More recently, he ventured into Kuwait and Malaysia, truly embodying the essence of remote work and the philosophy of "working to live, not living to work."

Wearing multiple hats as a business owner is always a challenging endeavor. Recently, Karim presided over a thriving cleaning business with numerous branches across Canada. Currently, he's deeply involved in an exciting venture focused on franchise development in Eastern Massachusetts for a real estate company that's disrupting the industry.
