Vitamin D deficiency is a common issue worldwide, and most people can benefit from supplementation. That said, there’s some division among practitioners regarding what vitamin D levels patients should aim for.
Today, I’m diving into the research to explore what studies show about the safety of vitamin D supplementation at different dosages and periods and whether you should be concerned about developing hypercalcemia.
