Beyonce' mentions it in once of her songs, Cardi B opened her own account, but it didn't make headlines until Disney Star, Bella Thorne, did something scandalous and unexpected. She exploited her fan base with false promises, making over 1 million dollars in subscription fees in 24 hours and then not coming through on what she promised her "customers". The backlash was astronomical, but as they say in Hollywood, "bad press is good press". And now OnlyFans is blowing up into the mainstream and could become a cultural phenomenon of toxic proportions.
