However, a factory in Vietnam was exposed for purchasing used condoms, then reshaping and repackaging for resale to hotels and markets. America's Podcaster, Kurt Caceres, is joined by Greg, Jason and Intern Wuhan to discuss the ghastly reality behind this scheme. It's one thing to purchase a second hand pair of pants or a used vehicle, but a used "rubber" goes beyond health and medical safety guidelines.
