You know that exercising consistently will help you feel better and live better. You know that eating less takeout would be better for your health. You know all these things that you "should" be doing, but for some reason you're not doing it. Maybe you've told yourself "I'm just lazy", or "I'm just not disciplined". What I want you to know is that's never the reason and there's always something else going on that's keeping you stuck.
