Knowing when to go harder or heavier in a workout versus scaling can be daunting. And sometimes you'll think you should be going harder, but how do you actually know?
In CrossFit methodology, RX means as perscribed, but that doesn't necessarily mean we should be looking to achieve this, day in and day out. We see a similar process taken around the world in many group training facilities.
This episode explores how to know you're getting the optimal stimulus out of your workouts and why sometimes you probably should scale.
