Limit the number of new things you try to start. Don’t go from 0 to 5. Go from 1 to 3
Give yourself grace. If you have achieved 80% of your schedule you are doing great. Be flexible enough to make changes to your schedule.
Turn notifications off. Focus on the 20% that will generate 80% of your sale.
Self talk. Talk yourself into it, not out of it! You get to decide.
Elevate the value of the tasks that happen before and after the presentations. Conversations, text messages, etc…
