Join us this week on PKCC as we sit down with Katie Murphy. She is a twenty-two time World Champion in karate, a fifteen-time U.S. National Champion, and a ten-time New York State Champion. Sensei Murphy began her training in Goju Ryu in 1991, and has continued to study the art ever since. Over the past 15 years, Katie has expanded her martial arts journey, competing internationally, training in Shotokan and Kyokushin, and obtaining rank in Judo and Krav Maga.
