Join us this week on PKCC as we sit down with Sifu Mark Medeiros. Mark Medeiros has been training in the martial arts for 18 years and holds quite a few ranks and teaching certifications in Moe Pai Kenpo, Jeet Kune Do, Japanese and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Wing Chun, the Filipino Martial Arts and Muay Thai. He has studied these martial arts, and additionally, Sanda and Kali, under many different types of instructors. Mark has been teaching martial arts, self defense, and law enforcement, for 10 years, and he is currently the head instructor of JKD Combative Sciences. Mark also runs a podcast called “The Parley.
