Domitille du Rostu is a clinically trained osteopath originating from France. Throughout her life, she has not been one to shy away from adventure and has seen the world over. In this episode, we explore Domitille's excitement and challenges of being away from her home country, we also explore her professional background in osteopathic medicine and physiotherapy.
"I have been living in Fredericton for almost a year after spending a few months in Moncton. I am originally from France, where I studied physiotherapy and then osteopathy. Here, I am only recognized as an osteopath, but of course, my background in physiotherapy helps me every day in how I treat my patients. I have always loved being active and travelling. Before coming to Canada, I spent 4 years in New Caledonia, near Australia. Canada has always attracted me, and thanks to a job offer, I was able to move here in 2023.

I love my profession because it is rich in techniques and therapeutic approaches, and I can adapt to each patient. I try to understand where their pain comes from as best as I can, and work together to relieve it."
