Do you feel stuck or like you're constantly running on a hamster wheel? These are typical signs that you are trapping yourself in a cycle of your own thoughts. When we're caught in such a loop, it's like you're wearing blinders, only seeing the same narrow path without realising there are other routes around you.
It's a bit like being stuck in a room with the door wide open, but you are so fixated on the wall in front of you that you will never turn around to see the exit. This 'self-restriction' limits your perspective, making you a victim of your own thinking. Breaking free requires a conscious effort to question your thoughts, to look for new points of view, and to be open to possibilities that you may have previously ignored or never considered.
