What is a lightworker? Am I one? The term lightworker is based on the concept that we are light. A lightworker is a term often used to describe spiritually inclined individuals dedicated to spreading light, love, and positive energy in the world. These individuals are believed to have a higher purpose, which is to assist in humanity's spiritual awakening and evolution. Lightworkers are rumored to transform others and change their way of thinking. Lightworkers are compassionate, intuitive souls who use their inner light to uplift others and contribute to the greater awakening of humanity. Laurie has never been a fan of such labels, but she hopes that through this podcast, you will better understand the roles, types, and purposes of working light.

We are waking to our inner energy and connection to the universe, and we want to do something with this feeling and knowledge. It is a calling to purpose; some might say it's a calling to fulfill your mission. They are questioning evolution, their experiences, and the shift we all feel.
