He has helped thousands of clients over seventeen years learn how to achieve their best lifestyle through movement, lifestyle management, and proper diet. He is the host of two podcasts, Boundless Body Radio, which has over 500,000 downloads worldwide, and The How To Make a Podcast Podcast. He lives in South Jordan, Utah, with his wife Bethany, and their two dogs Rex and Tucker and their cat Lily. In his free time, he loves to cycle, play hockey, and paddleboard.
